Shipping Zones & Timelines
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends ship the next business day.
A tracking number is emailed automatically once your order is dispatched.

Damaged or Lost Orders
Damaged on arrival: Photograph the damaged item and packaging and email images to contact@moananatura.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will dispatch a replacement at no charge.
Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, contact us with your order number. We will open a carrier investigation and — if unresolved within 5 business days — send a full replacement at no charge.
