Shipping Zones & Timelines
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends ship the next business day.
A tracking number is emailed automatically once your order is dispatched.
We currently ship to all EU member states and to UK, Norway, Switzerland, and Iceland.
14-Day Return Policy
Return your unopened bottle within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Email contact@moananatura.com to initiate your return.

Receive Label
We send a prepaid return shipping label to your email. No postage cost on your end for eligible returns.
Ship the Item
Drop the sealed, original-packaging item at any carrier collection point listed on your label.
Get Your Refund
Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item — back to your original payment method.
Damaged or Lost Orders
Damaged on arrival: Photograph the damaged item and packaging and email images to contact@moananatura.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will dispatch a replacement at no charge.
Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, contact us with your order number. We will open a carrier investigation and — if unresolved within 5 business days — send a full replacement at no charge.
